We accept returns only if the item is materially not as described in the auction. The buyer must contact us to arrange a return within 14 days of receipt; please do not return an item without our authorization -- we will not accept delivery of unauthorized returns. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer; items are required to be returned with full insurance. 

Please do not assume that something is included in the auction (for example, warranties, user manuals, original box, etc.), unless we state it in the description, or included in the photos.  If you have any questions about whether something is included, please contact us with your question prior to bidding.

Pickup at our location is available on all of our items and avoids all shipping charges. 

Pickups must be paid for at the time of pickup.
